Discolights for the Blackberry

During one of my daily meetings at work I gave my team an assignment to create a greeting card on the BlackBerry. This mini project was a way for them to get to know the blackberry platform a little bit better (since most of them were Java programmers), something to prepare us for the bigger challenges ahead. The result was Ciptalight, a simple blackberry greeting that does the whole discolight in the process!

It has been a big hit, especially with chinese new years just around the corner, people have been sending the applications to all their friends! We can tell after looking at the server logs, the application has been downloaded 2,000 times since its release just 12 hours ago.
